PAGCOR publishes two PDFs. The longer file runs 15 pages. It lists accredited gaming system administrators, and under each sit the brands and domains it registered.

The other lists approved brands and domains of licensed casinos, with 2 pages. That longer file is the PAGCOR GSA list PDF, and both open from pagcor.ph, on the Electronic Gaming Licensing Department’s page.

2. Name. Does the brand name in the row match what the browser tab shows?
3. Date. Is the row on the file dated 20 October 2026, or on an older copy?

Total: for TAYA365 the answer is a missing row, and a missing row cannot be borrowed from a neighbour.

What Else a Player Can Check

PAGCOR also warns about fake certificates, so read the list itself instead of a badge on a page. The age rule is 21 and above, and the register page lines lines show where the account starts. If you see a match for the brand on a later list, the date on the file is the proof, not this page.
