1. 14 August 2025. Monetary Board sign-off: in-app gambling access to be suspended across the payment apps and websites the BSP supervises.
2. 48 hours. BSP Memorandum M-2025-029 ordered links to in-app gambling access removed within that window.
3. 16 August 2025. Licensed gaming top-ups and withdrawals vanish from GCash, and the Games service with them.
4. After. GCash’s line since: it is no gaming app, and players settle money matters with the gaming merchant.

Total: one memorandum, one removal, and a route that now begins at the merchant.

What the TAYA365 Lobby Shows

On 1 November 2026 the lobby carried a tutorial for paying by QR Ph from the GCash app: press QR, choose Upload QR Code. Partner banks and e-wallets can read the code too, the tutorial says, and GCash and PayMaya are the two it names. That is a scan-to-pay rail, a different mechanism from the removed Games service.

GCash Limits Since 1 October 2026

Cards cannot be used to cash in to GCash. A counter cash-in is free until the month’s total hits PHP 8,000; past that, 2 per cent. Since 4 July 2026, each GCash-to-bank InstaPay send costs PHP 10.

If You Still Hold a Gaming Balance

Anyone holding a stranded gaming balance is told by GCash to withdraw via the licensed merchant’s own site and channels; the minimum payout is the merchant’s to set. Its help page lists contact websites for several named merchants. No TAYA365 row appears in the rows read.

Maya says much the same of Lucky Games, steering cash-ins and payouts to the provider’s site or app. Both notices push the next step back to the merchant’s cashier, which is why the lobby’s screen matters more than any wallet menu.

1. A Games or GLife tab promised. It was removed in 2025.
2. A GCash number sent in chat. Pay only to details shown by the cashier.

4. A link in an ad. Type the lobby address yourself and use the TAYA365 login in the browser.
